Job REQUIREMENTS:

  •  Solid knowledge of the following special disciplines: Mechanism and Machinery Theory, Instrument Production Technics (sheet-metal stamping and bending/forming, plastic pressure molding, etc.), Materials Science and Engineering, Compatibility and Technical Metrology, Fits and Clearances.
  • Practical skills in using program engineering software (3D CAD) – Solid Works.
  • English level sufficient for reading, creating technical documentation and communicating.
  • Attention to details.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Pro/ENGINEER, Autodesk Inventor, etc.
  • Ability to speak other foreign languages (German).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Development of component parts and assembly units (gears and worm gears, link mechanisms, cams, etc.).
  • Development of assembly units which contain different types of detecting means: optical sensors, variable inductance transducer, capacitive sensor.
  • Development of assembly units which contain printed circuits and electronic components (non-power and non-radio-frequency components.
  • Creation of space-dimensional technical tasks for the design of printed circuits.
  • Designing and debugging of experimental models, both prototypes for mass production, and single copies — for example, bench equipment. Collaboration with a research group and a prototyping department.
